Laura was 21, a nursing student, and came from Rillieux-la-Pape near Lyon.
What happened
On Sunday 1 October 2017, Laura and her cousin Mauranne Harel were stabbed to death outside Saint-Charles station in Marseille. The attacker was shot dead at the scene by soldiers of Operation Sentinelle, so there was no trial. A year later a memorial plaque was unveiled at the station.
