FBI Says It Stopped an ISIS-inspired Plot in Pennsylvania
Twelve September 2026. The FBI arrested Jonathan Hunter Kramer of Butler County / Valencia, Pennsylvania — age reported as twenty-one or twenty-two — and charged him federally with receiving a firearm and ammunition with intent to commit terrorism on behalf of ISIS. Online he used the alias Hamza Al Rashid. Investigators described claimed ISIS affiliation, attack planning, explosives manuals, a rifle, magazines and roughly one hundred ninety rounds. Reporting says he had a prior juvenile investigation and resumed extremist activity after release from juvenile detention in March. A preliminary hearing was set before Magistrate Judge Patricia L. Dodge.
